Bakkin‘s system has deteriorated – trade routes have been halted, the Space Station has been abandoned, and sentient lifeforms have left. Fortunately, the Utopia Foundation is leading a massive rehabilitation effort. In this update 4.1 Utopia Expedition, players will join the communal habitation squad to help restore Bakkin’s beauty and productivity. Complete the whole Utopia Foundation assignment program to acquire the special Utopia Speeder spaceship. This adaptable ship allows Travellers to skim across planet surfaces at high velocity.
A new Wonders section of the Catalogue is now available, featuring an ever-evolving collection of mementos from players’ journeys. This ranges from the largest herbivorous creature to the most ancient tree, to the planet’s most approaching paradise. Utopia settlers will also receive the new Fearsome Visor, an oxide-enhanced helmet.
With the release of the Fractal Update, No Man’s Sky has been revamped from the ground up for the PlayStation VR2 technology. No Man’s Sky has been updated to provide a Virtual Reality experience that is more immersive than ever before. Travellers may explore the universe in up to 4K resolution, pilot ships and wield Multi-Tools with the new ergonomic Sense controllers, and take advantage of a plethora of gameplay and quality-of-life enhancements.
