The game is set to be released on November 9th and will be available on various platforms, including PC (Steam), Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
In While the Iron’s Hot, players will step into the world of Ellian where legendary artisans have gathered for ages to perfect their craft. Taking on the role of a journeyman blacksmith, players will embark on a quest to become a master in their craft.
While the Iron’s Hot promises an exciting crafty adventure assembled with mystery, wit, and charm. Players will forge, smelt, and combine works of metal to grow their smithing skills, all while discovering exquisite new items to create. They must grind each piece to perfection, and use creativity, knowledge, and finely honed observation skills to create intricate works of art.
Apart from crafting, While the Iron’s Hot also allows players to explore the island of Ellian, encountering resources, puzzles, and fellow artisans. The game encourages players to think creatively to solve challenges, allowing them to forge their own key to almost any challenge and repair machinery to open up pathways as they navigate environmental puzzles.
The world of Ellian itself is a vibrant and mystical world, inhabited by a cast of charismatic and eccentric characters. Its villages are home to adept alchemists and skilled shipwrights, but also inhabitants who are as not as quick as everyone to place trust in outsiders who seek to shape Ellian’s destiny.
While the Iron’s Hot also challenges players to rebuild the ruins of Ellian’s long-abandoned blacksmiths’ village. By revitalizing the village, players will be able to upgrade their own capabilities and prove to the artisans of Ellian that they are worthy of becoming master blacksmiths.
