- Tap on the Options button
- Tap on the Coupon button

- Tap the Confirm button
- Find your rewards in the in-game mailbox
How to redeem codes on Apple iOS
To redeem codes in Ragnarok: The Lost Memories on an Apple device, you will need to follow these steps:
- Open Ragnarok: The Lost Memories
- Tap on the menu button on the bottom left of the screen
- Tap on the Options button
- Tap on the Copy button next to the ID number above the “Switch Account” button
- Go to the official Ragnarok: The Lost Memories website
- Tap on the floating Redeem Codes button at the bottom of the screen
- Pasted your ID into the Player ID textarea
- Select the character name you want to redeem the code to
- Enter a code from our list into the Redemption Code textarea
- Hit the Redeem button
- Find your rewards in the in-game mailbox
