There was once a time when players who purchased physical copies of large expansive games would be treated to collectibles in the case, with maps being a popular inclusion. While this practice has been lost with the rising popularity of digital purchases for games, it seems that Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be getting its own collectible map that has now leaked online.

In a tweet shared by Assassin’s Creed news account Access The Animus, they share a look at the physical edition of the map, and presumably the in-game world. Some of the locations that are highlighted on the map include Baghdad, Dur-Kurigalzu, different districts around the main city, and more. While not as big as the previous entries, it still appears there will be plenty for players to explore.

While it’s hard to tell the scale from this picture, it seems like Ubisoft has taken the idea of minimizing its game world seriously. There is still likely plenty to explore across this historic re-imagining of ninth-century Baghdad, which was an especially prosperous time for the city. It looks like the title will bring back the tight cities that encourage parkour as well as the more open areas introduced in recent titles.

With AC Mirage expected to release in less than two months, it’s likely we’ll see an official announcement for this map at some point in the near future.
